1St Floor Koeln 2 Hotel - Cologne

Our group of friends enjoyed staying at a modern, clean, and well-equipped apartment. It was conveniently located, as there were two subway stops right next to the building. the room had good internet and was furnished with everything we needed, including some complimentary treats in the fridge. checking in and out was smooth and hassle-free.

The soundproofing could be improved, as there was some noise coming from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway stop, which makes getting around this city easy. The staff were accommodating and worked around my delayed arrival. On top of that, the room was clean and well-decorated, with useful amenities such as a spa tub and coffee/tea.

Nothing it is perfect.

The location of the guesthouse was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated in the heart of the entertainment district and right next to the subway station. This made exploring the city and accessing other attractions incredibly easy.

While my overall experience at 1st Floor Köln 2 was fantastic, there was one minor issue worth mentioning. Upon arrival, I discovered that the advertised music installation, a small Bluetooth speaker, was empty of charge and lacked a cable.

The highlight for us was the jacuzzi and infrared sauna, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The room itself was exactly as advertised in the pictures, and we appreciated the attention to detail in its design and amenities. This hotel truly offers a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my recent transit in Cologne, I stayed at 1St Floor Koln 2. The database provided accurate information about the hotel, including its central location in the entertainment district. This was highly convenient for me as it allowed easy access to various attractions and amenities. the proximity to a nearby metro station made it effortless to explore the city during my short stay.

While my overall experience at 1St Floor Koln 2 was satisfactory, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The database mentioned that some rooms have a small patio in front of them, however, it failed to mention that these patios are public and used by other guests and hotel staff.

We stayed here during Christmas and had a great time! The apartment was very modern, clean, and well-equipped. We particularly liked the fact that it had good internet connection and was very close to supermarkets and public transport. The location was also perfect - within easy reach of all the Christmas markets and attractions in the city. We also enjoyed the treats that were provided, which made our stay even more special.

We must mention that the noise from other guests and neighbors was quite disruptive at times, especially during the night. We stayed in an underground room with a small patio that was surrounded by high walls, and the sound definitely echoed in this confined space. Additionally, the patio was not very private, and we had to keep the blinds closed to ensure some level of privacy. we had a good experience, but the noise levels may not be suitable for those who are light sleepers.

We had an amazing Xmas stay at this hotel! The room was wonderfully decorated with great attention to detail and came with lovely treats such as water, tea, coffee, fruit, and chocolates. The location was perfect, being close to supermarkets and public transport. We especially enjoyed the modern and fully equipped facilities, including the big shower and comfortable bed.

The room was located in the basement which made it a bit dark and we felt that staff walking past could see straight into the bedroom area. we thought the room was a bit pricey for what we got.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating, working around our delays. the room was clean and fun, with nice details. the location was great with a metro station nearby and a bar at the end of the road.
